We only take work our carers can reach without a long drive between visits, which keeps the rota reliable. If you are just outside the area, ask anyway — we will say so honestly and suggest someone closer if we cannot help.
Care visits run days, evenings, nights and weekends, with a registered nurse supervising every plan and a supervisor on call at any hour.
