Dedicated home care

Because your health matters the most

Carers and registered nurses who come to the house — daily visits, hourly cover, overnights and specialist support, arranged around the routine you already have.

About us

We built the service families kept asking for

Care that fits around a household instead of the other way round, from an hour a week up to live-in nursing.

Every arrangement starts with a nurse visiting the house — not a call centre form. We look at mobility, medication, the stairs, the bathroom and who else is already helping, then write a plan you and your family sign off before anyone starts.

Carers are employed, not contracted, and stay with the same clients. Membership costs nothing to hold; you pay for the hours you book.

Book an assessment

A home visit, then a plan you actually agree with

The first visit takes about an hour and costs nothing. A nurse walks through the house with you, talks to whoever else is involved, and leaves you with a written plan and a price before you commit to anything.

  • Free nurse-led assessment at home, usually within two working days
  • Written care plan, named carers and a schedule you approve
  • No joining fee, no minimum contract, four weeks’ notice to stop
  • Reviewed every three months, or the same week if something changes

Families we work with

What people say after the first month

Mum wanted to stay in her own house and we had run out of ideas. Two visits a day, the same two carers, and she has been home for three years since.

BCBethany ColeDaughter, Chicago

The discharge nurse handed everything over on the Friday and someone was at the door on the Saturday morning. Nothing was dropped between the two.

MWMarcus WebbHospital to home care

I book six hours a week and change them whenever my shifts move. Nobody has ever made me feel awkward about rearranging.
