What happens next
An hour at the kitchen table, then a plan
A registered nurse visits, walks through the house with you, talks to whoever else is helping and leaves you with a written plan and a price. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed to on the day.
- Usually offered within two working days
- Free, with no obligation to book care afterwards
- Bring the medication list and any discharge letters if you have them
- Family can join by phone if they cannot be there in person

Check-ups
A nurse visits at home to assess mobility, medication and risks around the house.
Consultation
We talk through the findings with you and the family, and agree what care to start with.
Care plan
You get a written plan, named carers and a schedule, reviewed every three months.
Dedicated home care
Stay healthy and strong to enjoy life
Tell us what a good week at home looks like and we will build the care around it — the same faces, the same hours, reviewed as often as things change.
