Meet our team

The people who would come to the house

Carers, nurses and therapists who live in the areas they work in, matched to a household and kept there so you see the same names week after week.

How matching works

Who turns up, and why them

Matched, not allocated

The assessing nurse picks from carers who are free at the hours you need and who suit the household — language, temperament, whether a dog is involved.

A named pair

One primary carer and one backup, both introduced before the first paid visit so cover is never an unfamiliar face.

Swap without a fuss

If it is not working, say so. We change the match with no explanation required and no charge for the changeover.

Are you a carer, occupational therapist or physiotherapist?

We recruit slowly and keep people a long time. If you have done this work before — or you have not, but people keep telling you that you would be good at it — send us a note.

  • Employed contracts with guaranteed hours, not zero-hours
  • Paid induction, paid travel time between visits and mileage
  • Funded NVQ progression and specialist pathway training
  • Rotas published a fortnight ahead and built around your availability

Dedicated home care

Stay healthy and strong to enjoy life

Tell us what a good week at home looks like and we will build the care around it — the same faces, the same hours, reviewed as often as things change.
